Fusion Therapy Policies
Massage is intended to enhance relaxation, reduce pain, increase range of motion, improve circulation, and offer a positive experience of touch. The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorders. As such, the massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals, nor do they perform spinal manipulations.
Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnoses and it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailments that I may have.
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the clinic informed of any current medical conditions or any changes in health and provide written permission (if under care) from a physician to the clinic before each session.
The client will come to the massage therapy appointment clean.
If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, the client will immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.
Sickness–both the therapists and client are vulnerable to infections. Therefore, clients and the therapist are asked to reschedule appointments when they are feeling unwell.
For the comfort of the therapist and other clients who may have allergies, please refrain from wearing perfume or fragranced products to your appointment.
Payment is due in full at the time of service–cash, check, or credit card.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency, or inclement weather. All appointments must be canceled by phone call. All no call, no shows will be charged a $20 fee.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your scheduled session will be expected.
Sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately.
Combined Package, Promotion, & Discount Policies
In general, packages and gift specials are already discounted and may not be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions, or other special offers. Should other current promotional discounts or offers turn out to be a better deal, we happily do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
