It’s hard to imagine that its almost time for school to be starting again! I’m pretty sure I only blinked and June and July were gone. With that in mind we need to remember to be mindful of our students and our own needs during what can be a stressful time.

Taking time out of your day even if it is only 5 minutes to mediate and focus on yourself is very important. As I get a little bit older and realize a bit more about myself I have found this to be one of the most important parts of my day.
